Art & Home Decor

 

- Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

- Condition: Items must be in their original condition and, if applicable, in original packaging.

- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [contact email/phone]. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Classes

 

- Cancellations: You may cancel a class registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund.

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation.

- No Shows/Late Cancellations: No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start or for no-shows.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we will arrange for a refund or replacement
